For your convenience, you may print our registration form. Please complete the form and take it to the Student Services Department to begin your child's registration. For registration, we request a copy of your child's immunization records, birth certificate, social security card, and proof of residency. Any child entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before October 1 of the year of enrollment. Please read our registration guidelines for additional information.
